思想政治工作是一门重要学科,从思想政治工作的演变过程来看,它经历了政治工作、思想工作、思想政治工作、思想政治教育、政治思想工作,思想政治在实际工作中很多时候被人,当做一个概念使用。这里指的思想政治工作是思想和政治工作的叠加和融合,当然这里的思想政治工作和思想政治教育工作有着本质的区别,尤其在这样一个社会生活丰富的社会里,以人为工作单位的思想政治工作就相对来说比较复杂。它不但呈现一个时代的特征,更加体现了一个企的精神主题,笔者就企业思想政治工作做如下阐述。
