实践表明,应用网络图来安排计划和控制工程进度的效果很好。1985年以来,我厂在安排成套设备的汁划大修及车间设备的集中时间检修,都采用这项技术。 1.网络图计划的形成 过去编制大修计划,往往只把修理的重要内容、完成口期列成表格。工序之间的交叉环节、进度要求、人力安排等事前反映不出逻辑关系,不利于抓关键。在平行或交叉作业中,由于事前估计不足,就会产生忙乱,造成指挥者被动的局面。我厂每次大修都成立指挥部,要求以网络计划图指导大修
