吉林省业余体校艺术体操训练是吉林省艺术体操后备人才的重要有机组成部分,许多优秀的运动员都是通过业余体校进入上级艺术体操运动队。因此,采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法,对吉林省业余体校艺术体操教练员现状进行调查,发现吉林省业余体校艺术体操训练在教练员结构、学历、运动技术等级等方面存在问题,并针对存在的问题进行研究,并给予相应的意见和建议。
Jilin Amateur Gymnastics Rhythmic Gymnastics Training is an important and integral part of the reserve talents of rhythmic gymnastics in Jilin Province. Many excellent athletes have entered the upper-class rhythmic gymnastics team through amateur sports schools. Therefore, using the methods of literature review, interview and questionnaire to investigate the status of rhythmic gymnastics coaches in amateur sports schools in Jilin Province, it is found that the rhythmic gymnastics training of amateur sports schools in Jilin Province exists in coaches’ structure, academic qualifications and sports skill level Problems, and research for the existing problems, and give the appropriate comments and suggestions.
