装载机工作装置连杆机构设计的合理与否直接影响装载机的工作性能。通过对装载机连杆机构的运动学分析,确定了以连杆机构传力比最大为目标函数,以与销轴位置有关的连杆尺寸为设计变量的优化模型,采用遗传算法结合混沌优化技术确保优化结果全局性收敛。通过实例验证,此方法高效可行,优化结果不但有效地提高了连杆机构的传力比,同时还减轻了连杆机构的质量,可作为工程设计的参考。
The reasonable design of the connecting rod mechanism of loader working device has a direct impact on the working performance of the loader. Through the kinematics analysis of the linkage mechanism of the loader, the optimization model which takes the link force transmission ratio as the objective function and the link size related to the position of the pin as the design variable is determined. Genetic algorithm and chaos optimization technology Make sure that the optimization results converge globally. Through the example verification, this method is efficient and feasible. The optimization results not only effectively improve the force transmission ratio of the linkage, but also reduce the quality of the linkage, which can be used as a reference for engineering design.
