细胞介导细胞毒(CMC)在机体抗感染、同种排斥及抗肿瘤免疫中有极为重要的作用.参与CMC的细胞除细胞毒T细胞及自然杀伤细胞外,粒细胞及巨噬细胞(Mφ)也能直接杀伤各种瘤细胞.这些细胞的杀伤机制有所不同,但其杀伤过程一般均可分为识别、结合、杀伤启动并产生致死性打击、靶细胞死亡等几个阶段.因此,完善的测定CMC的细胞毒方法(CMCA)不应仅以靶细胞受损、死亡的量来反映杀伤细胞的活性,而且应能反映出杀伤过程中,效应细胞
