通过对文献资料的多因素分析,认为房室结内双径路(DP)是否并发室上速(SVT)可用判别函数Z=333-ERPfr进行判别分析。同时提出1个简略的数学微扰模型,对SVT终止前周期交替现象及SVT治疗的电生理基础进行了探讨。
According to the multivariate analysis of the literature, it is considered that discriminant function Z = 333-ERPfr can be used to discriminate whether the dual pathway (DP) in the AV node is complicated with supraventricular tachycardia (SVT). At the same time, a brief mathematical perturbation model was proposed to discuss the electrophysiological basis of pre-termination periodic SVT termination and SVT treatment.
