The effects of cadmium, lead, manganese, and chromium on immune function in mice were studied using peripheral blood lymphocyte acid alpha-naphthyl naphthalene esterase (ANAE) and serum hemolysin assays. The results showed that mice were continuously free to drink different concentrations of cadmium sulfate (0.02, 0.09, 0.45 mmol/L), lead nitrate (0.15, 0.77, 3.86 mmol/L), manganese sulfate (0.06, 0.28, 1.42 mmol/L) and After 7 days of potassium dichromate (0.01, 0.04, 0.23 mmol/L) solution, the positive rate of ANAE in T lymphocytes was significantly lower than that in the control group, while serum hemolysin levels had no significant effect; however, after 15 days of continuous drinking, the level of serum hemolysin was lower than The control group decreased. It was shown that cadmium, lead, manganese and chromium all have different degrees of immunotoxicity on the cellular and humoral immune functions of mice, and the inhibition of cellular immune function is earlier than the inhibition of humoral immune function.
