结合之江大桥水中承台施工实例,阐述了无底双壁钢套箱围堰结构设计、拼装下放、封底混凝土浇筑等水中承台施工技术。指出无底双壁钢套箱围堰水中承台施工在钱塘江涌潮条件下的施工工艺及控制要点,特别对围堰结构设计进行了优化,采用分层分块设计,单块套箱重量轻,无需大型起吊设备,并且每块之间采用法兰盘连接,套箱拆除回收时,根据每个分隔仓的特点先封堵连通管,然后在套箱隔仓进行抽水,形成无水作业环境,拧开法兰盘螺母,起吊回收,避免了潜水员水下切割作业,减少了施工风险。对类似工程进行水中承台施工具有重要的参考意义。
