党的十六大指出,二十一世纪头二十年,对我国来说,是一个必须紧紧抓住并且可以大有作为的重要战略机遇期。中国的发展机遇,与国际环境是分不开的,有了适宜的国际环境,中国才能集中一切战略力量与战略资源,实现自己的战略目标。中国不能再与机遇擦肩而过。从国际角度来说,中国的机遇在哪里?能否抓住机遇又将取决于哪些因素?以下几位学者从大国关系、周边环境、经济视角、历史教训等多个方面,对这个问题进行了探讨。
The 16th CPC National Congress pointed out that the first two decades of the twenty-first century are an important strategic opportunity for our country that we must seize firmly and can accomplish a great deal. China’s development opportunities are inseparable from the international environment.
