本文作者对上海市浦东新区第一轮科教兴医行动计划的实施效果进行了分析。在分析基础上,作者认为浦东新区第一轮科教兴医行动计划取得了较大的成效,科教兴医战略应成为卫生事业发展的一项长期战略,今后应进一步平衡不同层次、不同学科间的人才培养和学科建设。
The author of this paper analyzes the implementation effect of the first action plan of rejuvenating medical science and education in Pudong New Area in Shanghai. Based on the analysis, the author believes that the Pudong New Area’s first action plan for rejuvenating science through science and technology has achieved great success. The strategy of rejuvenating science and education should become a long-term strategy for the development of health undertakings. In the future, we should further balance the differences between different levels and disciplines Personnel training and discipline construction.
