孕中期超声检查可以直接观察到胎儿的一些与染色体异常有关明显的结构异常,如双泡征、颈部水囊状淋巴管瘤、胎儿心脏病,还可以观察到一些更微小的结构,常常是一过性的,但提示胎儿存在着严重的胎儿异常的风险.如胎儿侧脑室增宽、脉络膜囊肿、颈部皮肤皱褶增厚、心内灶状强回声肠管强回声、肾盂扩张、长骨短小、单脐动脉.该文回顾国内外文献对与染色体有关的胎儿结构异常及软标志的研究进展.
