目的探讨中西医结合治疗肩周炎的临床效果。方法以濮阳市中原油田医疗卫生服务中心2014年3月至2016年3月收治的120例肩周炎患者为研究对象,进行随机分组,对照组单纯采用西医治疗,研究组采用中西医结合方式治疗,对两组患者治疗前后VAS评分及治疗有效率情况进行比较分析。结果两组患者VAS评分均明显降低,研究组VAS评分改善情况显著优于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗有效率为92%,明显高于对照组的60%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中西医结合方法治疗肩周炎,疗效确切,可进行临床推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of frozen shoulder. Methods A total of 120 cases of frozen shoulder treated by Zhongyuan Oilfield Medical Service Center of Puyang City from March 2014 to March 2016 were selected as study subjects. Patients in control group were treated with Western medicine only. The study group was treated with combination of TCM and Western medicine , VAS score and treatment efficiency of two groups before and after treatment were compared and analyzed. Results The VAS scores of both groups were significantly decreased. The improvement of VAS score of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). The effective rate of the study group was 92%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (60%). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment of frozen shoulder, curative effect is exact, can be clinical promotion.
