在新形势下,针对乡镇企业实际,把握职工思想中的“热点”,有的放矢,因势利导地对职工进行思想教育,是做好乡镇企业职工思想政治工作的重要途径。所谓“热点”,是指引起职工思想较大幅度变化的外界客观因素。在张家港客车厂,我们感到:对自身的劳动报酬的反思,自我实现的要求,对企业的各种忧虑,是触发职工思想动荡的三大“热点”。对劳动报酬的对比,是职工思想动荡的第一个“热点”。职工刚进厂时,对自己所在的企业还不完全了解,对所处的生活环境还很陌生,一般思想比较稳定。大部分职工循规蹈矩,安心
