目的 :评价及检测新兵 3km运动的功能及其效果 ,为新兵运动训练提供科学依据。方法 :检测两个建制连新兵 3km运动前后的心率、血压、心功能指数、心房钠尿肽 (ANF)、血管紧张素Ⅱ (ATⅡ )水平。结果 :运动前及运动后 4h心率、血压、心功能指数均无明显变化 ;运动后即刻血浆ATⅡ水平较运动前及运动后 4h明显升高 ,运动后 4h的血浆ATⅡ水平低于运动前和运动后即刻 ;运动后即刻和运动后 4h血浆ANF含量较运动前明显升高 ,二者之间均有显著差异。结论 :新兵 3km运动可增强心脏的应激能力 ,并不会造成心肌损伤。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate and test the function and effect of recruits’ 3km exercise to provide a scientific basis for the training of recruits. Methods: The heart rate, blood pressure, cardiac function index, atrial natriuretic peptide (ANF) and angiotensin Ⅱ (AT Ⅱ) levels were detected before and after 3km rebuilding. Results: There was no significant change of heart rate, blood pressure and heart function index before exercise and 4h after exercise. The level of plasma ATⅡ immediately after exercise was significantly higher than that before exercise and 4h after exercise. The plasma ATⅡ level at 4h after exercise was lower than that before exercise and before exercise Immediately after exercise; immediately after exercise and 4h after exercise plasma ANF levels were significantly higher than before exercise, both were significantly different. Conclusion: Recruits 3km exercise can enhance the stress ability of the heart, and will not cause myocardial damage.
