随着新媒体的扩张和深入,当今社会各个方面都渗透了新媒体的影子,世界已经借助新媒体获得了极大的发展和进步。当然,新媒体也渗透到了学生干部的培养管理过程之中,为他们创造了合适的氛围,提供了良好的发展机遇,也制造了一系列的挑战。鉴于此,学校要针对当代院校学生干部的心理特点和生理特点,构筑正能量的培养平台,要利用多媒体不断提升学生干部的素质,在促进他们自身成长的同时提升学生干部服务学生的水平。
With the expansion and deepening of new media, all aspects of today’s society have infiltrated the shadow of new media. The world has achieved great development and progress through new media. Of course, the new media has also infiltrated the training and management of student leaders, creating a suitable atmosphere for them, providing good opportunities for development and creating a series of challenges.
