目的验证中药复方对实验性ＩｇＡ肾病大鼠治疗作用。方法我们以牛血清白蛋白（ＢＳＡ）和葡萄球菌肠毒素Ｂ（ＳＥＢ）诱导制作了大白鼠ＩｇＡ肾病模型。结果滋肾止血片有明显降低尿红细胞及尿蛋白，改善肾功能，减轻肾小球损伤，调整机体免疫能力，抑制肾组织中ＴＧＦ－β的表达，减少基质的产生和沉积，减少肾组织的纤维化。结论与治疗对照组比较，滋肾止血片显著优于茜草双脂片和潘生丁（Ｐ＜０．０５或Ｐ＜０．０１）。
Objective To verify the therapeutic effect of Chinese herbal compound prescription on experimental IgA nephropathy in rats. METHODS: We generated rat IgA nephropathy model induced by bovine serum albumin (BSA) and staphylococcal enterotoxin B (SEB). Results Zishenzhixue Tablets significantly reduced urinary red blood cells and urinary protein, improved renal function, reduced glomerular injury, adjusted immunity, inhibited the expression of TGF-β in kidney tissue, reduced the production and deposition of matrix, and reduced the renal tissue. Fibrosis. Conclusion Compared with the treatment control group, Zishen Zhixue Tablets is significantly better than Astragalus and Dipyridamole (P<0.05 or P<0.01).
