课堂教学是目的性极强的行为,课堂教学过程应围绕教学目标进行.课堂教学效益正是通过教学目标的达成度来反映的:达成度高则课堂教学效益高,反之则课堂教学效益低.因此,教学目标是评判教学效益高低的重要参照,它不但应该明确、合理,而且其达成度也应该是可测定的.离开教学目标我们无法对教学效益进行评估.高效益的课堂教学应该致力于在合理的教学时间内,让尽可能多的学生达到教学目标.
