近几年来,随着市政工程建设的高速发展,地下空间的开发和利用越来越受到人们的重视。特别是加上隧道掘进技术的日益提高,地下结构的断面尺寸越来越大,同时为了提高地下空间的使用率,采用矩形截面的形式,并为矩形顶管的应用创造了时机和条件。土压平衡式矩形顶管顶进工法是利用土压平衡矩形顶管机完成矩形断面的隧道工程。其特点为:1)在同等截面下,矩形隧道比圆型隧道能更有效地利用地下空间,减少工程造价。2)利用土压平衡矩形顶管机可对矩形断面进行全面切削,保持土压平衡,对周围土体扰动小,能更有效的控制地面和管线沉降。3)在管线不搬迁,道路不翻浇前提下,不影响道路的安全畅通。4)在同等施工条件下,无噪音、无环境污染,不影响周围居民生活。
In recent years, with the rapid development of municipal engineering construction, more and more attention has been paid to the development and utilization of underground space. Especially with the increasing of tunneling technology, the sectional size of underground structures is more and more large. At the same time, in order to improve the utilization of underground space, the rectangular section is adopted and the timing and conditions are created for the application of rectangular pipe jacking. Earth pressure balanced rectangular pipe jacking method is the use of earth pressure balance rectangular pipe jacking machine to complete the rectangular section of the tunnel project. Its features are: 1) Under the same cross-section, rectangular tunnels can make more efficient use of underground space than circular tunnels to reduce the construction cost. 2) The use of earth pressure to balance the rectangular pipe jacking machine can cut the rectangular cross-section, maintain the balance of earth pressure, small disturbance to the surrounding soil, can more effectively control the ground and pipeline settlement. 3) In the pipeline is not moving, the road does not turn under the premise of pouring, does not affect the safety and smoothness of the road. 4) Under the same construction conditions, no noise, no environmental pollution, does not affect the lives of surrounding residents.
