为贯彻落实新时期党和国家“立德树人”的要求,教育部提出“学生核心素养”的概念,并委托课题组作了基本框架与内涵的设计,主要包括人文底蕴、科学精神、学会学习、实践创新等六大素养。这一总体框架可以作为新时期教育教学的重要导向与追求。同时,小学语文学科的核心素养主要体现在语言建构与运用、思维发展与提升、审美鉴赏与创造、文化传承与理解等方面。语文教师在教学实践时,要坚持深层次、多元化、真效能等教学意识与实践;要把握优秀作品标准,科学使用教科书。
In order to implement the requirements of the party and the state “Lideshu people” in the new era, the Ministry of Education proposed the concept of “student ’s core literacy ” and commissioned the project team to design the basic framework and connotation, including humanities details, Scientific spirit, learn to learn, practice innovation and other six major qualities. Language teachers in teaching practice, we must adhere to the deep, diversified, real efficiency and other teaching awareness and practice; to grasp the standards of outstanding works, the scientific use of textbooks.
