体育教育专业是培养未来体育教师的基本载体,是体育教师的摇篮。因此,专业本身的发展状态在很大程度上决定着体育教师培养的质量。基于“国际视野与本土实践”的理念,采用文献资料法、比较研究法和逻辑分析法,对爱尔兰利莫瑞克大学(University of Limerick,UL)体育教育专业的发展目标、课程设置、师资队伍建设等3个方面进行了分析。结果表明:爱尔兰利莫瑞克大学体育教育专业发展目标是通过学生教学和科研的创新来推动体育教育专业学生的学习,促进其知识增长,培养社会通才型人才,学生毕业后就业方向广泛;课程设置注重体现人才培养的多样性,课程本身具有系统性,强调教学方法的重要性,突出二专必修的特色性;其雄厚的师资队伍也为该专业的建设与发展提供了支撑。对我国体育教育专业的启示包括:落实我国体育教育专业人才培养目标,优化体育教育专业课程设置,提升学生实践教学能力。
Physical education is to train future PE teachers basic carrier, is the cradle of physical education teachers. Therefore, the professional development of the state itself to a large extent determines the quality of physical education teachers. Based on the concept of “international perspective and local practice ”, using the methods of literature review, comparative research and logical analysis, this paper analyzes the development goals, curriculum settings, Teacher team building and other three aspects were analyzed. The results show that the development goal of PE major in Limerick University in Ireland is to promote PE students ’learning, promote their knowledge growth and cultivate social talents through the innovation of students’ teaching and scientific research. The students have a wide range of employment after graduation. Setting emphasis on the diversity of personnel training, the curriculum itself is systematic, emphasizing the importance of teaching methods, highlighting the characteristics of compulsory secondary school; its strong teaching staff also provide support for the construction and development of the profession. The enlightenment to PE major in our country includes: implementing the training target of PE major in our country, optimizing the physical education major curriculum, and improving students’ practical teaching ability.
