氰化浸出的矿石中存在有害杂质铜时,则浸出效率低,氰化物消耗多,成本高。氰化之前,一般可预先选出部分铜,浮选尾矿用氰化法回收黄金。本文论述了采用二段浸出和脱除部分可溶性盐类离子后再进行一段浸出两种新工艺的试验。两种新工艺均在不同程度上消除了溶液中铜、铁等有害离子对氰化的不良影响。加快了金、银的溶解速度,提高了金、银的浸出效率.二段浸出比常规一段浸出的金、银浸出率分别提高了1.3%和8.83%。脱除部分可溶性盐类离子后进行一段浸出比常规一段浸出的金、银浸出率分别提高了1.1%和8.33%。
Cyanide leaching of ores in the presence of harmful impurities of copper, the leaching efficiency is low, cyanide consumption, high cost. Prior to cyanidation, a portion of copper can be preselected in advance and the flotation tailings recovered by cyanidation. This article discusses the use of two leaching and removal of part of the soluble salt ions and then a leaching two new technology test. The two new processes are to varying degrees, eliminating the solution of copper, iron and other harmful ions on the adverse effects of cyanidation. The dissolution rate of gold and silver was accelerated, and the leaching efficiency of gold and silver was improved.The leaching rate of gold and silver in the second-stage leaching increased by 1.3% and 8.83% respectively compared with the conventional leaching. The leaching rate of gold and silver increased by 1.1% and 8.33%, respectively, after a period of leaching after removing some of the soluble salts.
