“阶段性养成教育”是人为地将高职学生在校学习两年半的时间,按照学生身心发展规律和培养目标划分为三个阶段开展养成教育。每一阶段都制定出培养目标,并根据目标制定出系列主题教育活动。通过有计划性地开展养成教育,帮助大学生塑造完美人格,促进大学生思想道德素质形成。
