目的:优化金莲花总黄酮的超声提取工艺。方法:以总黄酮得率为指标,采用响应面设计方法对影响总黄酮得率的乙醇体积分数、提取时间及料液比进行优化。结果:最佳工艺条件为采用49%乙醇,料液比1∶43,在50℃下超声提取22min,在此最佳条件下,总黄酮得率为12.02 mg.g-1,实验结果与模型预测值相符。结论:利用超声方法提取金莲花总黄酮工艺稳定可靠。
Objective: To optimize ultrasonic extraction of total flavonoids from Trollius chinensis. Methods: The yield of total flavonoids was used as an index to optimize the volume fraction of ethanol, extraction time and the ratio of solid to liquid which affected the yield of total flavonoids by response surface methodology. Results: The optimum conditions for the extraction of total flavonoids were as follows: 49% ethanol, solid-liquid ratio 1:43, ultrasonic extraction at 50 ℃ for 22 min. Under the optimal conditions, the yield of total flavonoids was 12.02 mg.g- The predicted values match. Conclusion: Ultrasonic extraction of total flavonoids from Trollius chinensis is stable and reliable.
