收入分配问题是经济体制的一个重要内容。收入分配的制度、原则、方式以及实际分配的状况,对经济发展和社会稳定的影响极大。近几年来,随着经济体制改革的深人,收入分配问题日益引起社会各界的关注。这些问题中的绝大部分,都是在经济体制转轨、经济运行方式新旧交替过程中必然要产生的,也是需要认真回答的。在社会主义市场经济条件下,如何在坚持以按劳分配为主体的同时,实行其他分配方式,使按劳分配与按生产要素分配有机地结合起来,这无论在理论上还是实践上,都是一个有待深入研究和明确回答的问题。仅就分配方式而言,我们初步认为: Income distribution is an important part of the economic system. In recent years, with the deepening economic restructuring, the problem of income distribution has drawn increasing attention from all sectors of society. Most of these problems are bound to arise during the transition of the economic system and between the old and the new modes of economic operation and need to be answered seriously. Under the condition of socialist market economy, how to implement other modes of distribution while insisting on the principle of distribution according to work, so that the distribution according to work and the distribution according to factors of production are organically integrated, both in theory and in practice? A question to be studied in depth and answered explicitly. Only on the distribution method, we initially think:
