采用中西医结合治疗急性病毒性心肌炎 30例 ,并与单用西药治疗的 30例进行对比观察 ,结果治疗组 30例中 ,临床治愈 2 0例 ,显效 6例 ,有效 2例 ,无效 2例 ,总有效率为 93.33%。对照组 30例中 ,临床治愈 12例 ,显效 5例 ,有效 4例 ,无效 9例 ,总有效率为 70 %。治疗组血清酶、心功能的改善情况、主要症状及体征改善情况均明显优于对照组 Thirty patients with acute viral myocarditis were treated with combination of TCM and western medicine, and compared with 30 patients treated with western medicine alone.
