教师专业发展是不同层面因素互动的过程。当教师面对理念全面更新、教学方式彻底转型的新课程改革时,他们较以往更加需要在教学情境中持续的、专家与教师互动的理论引领。在结合我国教育发展特色和区域特点的基础上,教师专业发展学校的建设能够有效地促进中小学教师专业发展的内在需求,加强教师在职培训的针对性和实效性,并以其示范和引领作用带动广大中小学教师队伍的专业发展。本文以西方两个经典的教师专业发展模式为理论背景,以新课程改革为背景,探讨教师专业发展学校建设的模式。
Professional development of teachers is the process of interaction of different levels of factors. When teachers are faced with the new curriculum reform that the concepts are fully updated and the teaching methods are completely transformed, they are more in need than ever before to lead the theory of interaction between experts and teachers in the teaching situations. Based on the characteristics of China’s education development and regional characteristics, the construction of teachers’ professional development schools can effectively promote the intrinsic demand of primary and secondary school teachers’ professional development, enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of teachers’ on-the-job training, and take its exemplary and leading role Driven the majority of primary and secondary teachers in the professional development. Based on the theoretical development of two classical teachers ’professional development in the West, this paper discusses the model of the construction of teachers’ professional development in the context of the new curriculum reform.
