说起马善祥,那可是重庆市江北区的“知名人士”。他五十多岁,中等个子,身材瘦削,却有使不完的劲儿。如果你问,马善祥是个怎样的人,当地群众会告诉你,他是一名好党员,一个群众需要的人。马善祥是江北区观音桥街道“老马工作室”首席调解员,被当地干部群众亲切称为“老马”。在基层工作27年,秉承对党忠诚、对群众负责的理念,他成功调解各类矛盾纠纷2000余件,架起了一座党和群众之间的连心桥。
