各省、自治区、直辖市劳动(劳动和社会保障)厅(局): 根据《国务院关于建立统一的企业职工基本养老保险制度的决定》(国发〔1997〕26号)和我厅《关于印发(职工基本养老保险个人账户管理暂行规定)的通知》(劳办发〔1997〕116号)要求,大多数地区能够按规定为职工调动办理基本养老保险个人账户转移手续,但也有部分地区没有严格规定执行,有的对应划转的职工基本养老保险个人账户基金不转或少转,有的要求职工原参保地区划转不应转移的基金,有的要求职工补缴不应缴纳的费用,导致部分职工调动前后的基本养老保险关系无法接续。为加强职工基本养老保险个人账户转移工作的管理,现就有关问题进一步明确如下:
