介绍了国际矿产勘查资本市场的发展现状与融资模式,包括加拿大TSX/TSXV、伦敦AIM、澳大利亚ASX等市场勘查公司的上市数量以及私募、认股权证、股票期权等融资方式,并对其上市条件、监管要求、金融创新等经验加以总结,提出我国应加快与国际勘查资本市场接轨步伐,一方面境内企业积极走出去,利用国际矿产勘查资本市场;另一方面,加快我国矿产勘查资本市场的建立。
This paper introduces the status quo and financing modes of international mining exploration capital market, including the number of listed companies such as TSX / TSXV in Canada, AIM in London and ASX in Australia, as well as financing methods such as private placement, warrants and stock options. The listing conditions , Regulatory requirements and financial innovation, put forward that our country should speed up the pace of convergence with the international exploration capital market. On the one hand, domestic enterprises actively go out and utilize the international mineral exploration capital market; on the other hand, the establishment of China’s mineral exploration capital market .
