中国共产党优秀党员、公安侦察战线的忠诚战士,公安部刑侦局反盗窃处处长、党支部书记,一级警督常雅茹同志,于1993年11月8日不幸因公牺牲,终年49岁。常雅茹同志,回族,祖籍山东省平原县,1944年8月15日出生于黑龙江省齐齐哈尔市。1962年7月高中毕业后,考入黑龙江大学外语系英语专业,期间于1966年3月加入中国共产党,在学校一直担任学生干部。1968年6月参加工作,历任辽宁省外贸局翻译,长沙工学院四系资料室翻译,湖南省公安厅七处科员、副科级侦察员,公安部一局四处干部、副处长,国际刑警组织中国国家中心局工作处副处长、处长,反盗窃处处长。

Chang Yaru comrades, Hui, native of Shandong Plain County, was born on August 15, 1944 in Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province. After graduating from high school in July 1962, he was admitted to English major of the Department of Foreign Languages of Heilongjiang University. During March 1966, he joined the Communist Party of China and served as a student cadre in the school. June 1968 to participate in the work, served as the translation of Liaoning Provincial Foreign Trade Bureau, Changsha Institute of Technology Department of the four Department of translation, Hunan Provincial Public Security Bureau seven staff members, deputy section-level scout, Ministry of Public Security Bureau four cadres and deputy director, Interpol Deputy director of China National Central Bureau, director, anti-theft office.
