目的 :探讨脑脉通对大鼠局灶性脑缺血 再灌注损伤的保护作用。 方法 :脑脉通 1g kg、3g kg、9g kg灌胃给药 ,一天 1次 ,连续 1周 ,于末次给药后 2 4h采用大脑中动脉阻断 (MCAO)法造成大鼠局灶性脑缺血 ,考察因脑缺血引起的行为障碍程度、脑梗死面积百分率和组织形态学变化 ;记录脑缺血大鼠断头后的喘气时间 ,用放免法测定大脑三磷酸腺苷 (ATP)和乳酸 (LA)含量的变化。 结果 :脑脉通 3g kg以上能明显减轻大鼠局灶性脑缺血引起的行为障碍 ,降低脑梗死面积百分率 ,改善脑组织病理形态 ,延长断头后大鼠的喘气时间。脑脉通 1g kg以上可明显延缓缺血大鼠大脑中能量物质ATP的降低和代谢物LA的增加。 结论 :脑脉通能改善大鼠脑缺血时神经系统功能和能量代谢 ,减少脑组织细胞损伤 ,对脑缺血有明显的保护作用
Objective : To explore the protective effect of Naomaitong on focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats. METHODS: Naomai was administered by gavage at 1g kg, 3g kg, and 9g kg once a day for 1 week. The middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) method was used to induce focal brain in rats 24 hours after the last administration. Ischemia, the degree of behavioral impairment caused by cerebral ischemia, the percentage of cerebral infarct area, and histomorphological changes were observed; the gasping time after cerebral ischemia in the rat was recorded, and brain adenosine triphosphate (ATP) and lactic acid (LA) were measured by radioimmunoassay. ) Changes in content. RESULTS: More than 3g kg of brain pulse could significantly reduce the behavioral disturbance caused by focal cerebral ischemia in rats, reduce the percentage of cerebral infarct area, improve the pathological morphology of brain tissue, and prolong the gasping time of rats after decapitation. More than 1g kg of Naomaitong can significantly delay the decrease of energy substance ATP and the increase of metabolite LA in the brain of ischemic rats. Conclusion : Naomaitong can improve nervous system function and energy metabolism in rats with cerebral ischemia, reduce brain cell damage, and has obvious protective effect on cerebral ischemia.
