在全球经济一体化的影响下,经济的快速发展使得化石燃料的大量开发以及燃烧,推动经济进步的同时给环境造成了巨大的威胁,当今世界正面临着全球变暖,温室气体一路飙升,虽然各国都相应做出给类改进调整,但是有的都只是空口号,起不到调整的作用。所以现今最严峻的问题就是怎样在发展经济的过程中尽量减少废气、废物的排放,减少能量的损耗,或者是积极开发新能源,决不可走“先发展,后治理”的道路,而是以低碳理念为指导,调整以及完善公共经济政策,设计出一条适合我国发展经济的可持续路径。
