采用热压成型法制备了4种不同尺寸,即125~180μm、180~425μm、425~850μm和850~2 000μm的杨木纤维(PWF)/高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)复合材料,并对PWF/HDPE复合材料进行了弯曲性能测试、冲击性能测试、动态热力学分析(DMA)、24h蠕变-24h回复测试和1 000h长期蠕变测试。结果表明:PWF的尺寸过大或者过小均不利于提高PWF/HDPE复合材料的弯曲性能,增强效果最好的是425~850μm PWF/HDPE复合材料,其弯曲强度达到26.71MPa,弹性模量达到2.73GPa;PWF长度从180μm增加到2 000μm,PWF/HDPE复合材料的抗冲击性能变化不大;125~180μm PWF/HDPE复合材料的抗冲击性能较差;短PWF/HDPE复合材料的抗蠕变性能较差,不适合在长期负载的条件下工作,而850~2 000μm的长PWF/HDPE复合材料的抗长期蠕变性能最好,且回复率最高,为78.46%;1 000h形变仅为0.809mm,对比其他尺寸的PWF/HDPE复合材料1 000h形变的平均值降低了48.00%。
Four types of poplar fiber (PWF) / high density polyethylene (HDPE) composites with different sizes of 125-180μm, 180-425μm, 425-850μm and 850-2000μm were prepared by hot press molding. The PWF / HDPE composites were tested for flexural properties, impact properties, DMA, 24h-24h recovery and 1000h long-term creep tests. The results show that the PWF size is too large or too small, which is not conducive to improve the bending properties of PWF / HDPE composites. The best effect of PWF is 425 ~ 850μm PWF / HDPE composites, flexural strength reaches 26.71MPa, elastic modulus reaches 2.73GPa; the PWF length increased from 180μm to 2 000μm, the impact resistance of PWF / HDPE composites changed little; the impact resistance of 125 ~ 180μm PWF / HDPE composites was poor; the creep resistance of PWF / HDPE composites The performance is poor and not suitable for long-term load conditions, while the long-term creep performance of 850 ~ 2000μm long PWF / HDPE composite is the best, and the recovery rate is the highest, 78.46%; the deformation of 1000h is only 0.809 mm, the mean value of 1 000h deformation is reduced by 48.00% compared with PWF / HDPE composites with other dimensions.
