The 3rd National Conference on Promotion and Application of Cationic Emulsified Asphalt Jointly Sponsored by the Joint Promotion Group of Cationic Emulsified Asphalt and the Asphalt Emulsion Group of China Road Engineering Society was held in Xi’an of Shaanxi Province from November 2 to November 1989.
