众所周知,凡需要精确地控制从动件运动规律的机械,一般都要应用凸轮,而且要求生产出来的的凸轮符合原来设计型线的要求,这样才能确保原来设计机械的性能。其中内燃机上应用的凸轮要求更为突出。随着内燃机向增压与高速发展,对凸轮型线的精确度要求,愈来愈严。然而从目前国内生产内燃机凸轮轴的状况来看,几乎普遍对凸轮升程部份的超差问题感到棘手。尤其在生产现场指导批量较大的凸轮轴的生产,使它符合原设计图纸对升程允差范围的要求;在超差时找出什么地方超差和是那几种可能的原因造成超差,这些方面还缺乏一目瞭然的分析工具。本文就利用凸轮制造误差分布图解决以上问题作些探讨,供大家参考。
