随着我国经济体制的不断完善,企业在激烈的市场竞争中要想取得更好的发展,其内部内控的管理能力就显得尤为重要。内部控制管理工作不仅能够提高企业的经济效益,还能为企业的长远发展打下坚实的基础。目前,有些企业内部控制的管理模式存在许多弊端,导致其内控管理效率低。因此,本文通过研究企业内控存在的问题,提出不断创新企业内部控制的管理措施,以期逐步构建更加科学合理的内控管理体制。
As China’s economic system continues to improve, and enterprises in the fierce market competition in order to achieve better development, the internal management of the internal control ability is particularly important. Internal control management can not only improve the economic efficiency of enterprises, but also lay a solid foundation for the long-term development of enterprises. At present, there are some drawbacks to the management model of internal control in some enterprises, resulting in inefficient internal control management. Therefore, by studying the problems existing in the internal control of the enterprise, this paper puts forward the management measures of continuously innovating the internal control of the enterprise so as to gradually construct a more scientific and reasonable internal control management system.
