本文阐述了国家自然科学基金委员会三个层次资助政策研究的主要内容及研究工作的现状;论述了科学选择理论研究的主要内容;提出了科学选择理论和方法与科学基金资助政策研究相关的理论框架。在此基础上,分析了在不同学科层次上科学选择采用的不同方法以及这些方法在研究科学基金资助政策中运用的可行性。
This paper describes the main contents of the research on the three-level subsidy policy of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the status quo of the research work; discusses the main contents of the research on the theory of scientific selection; puts forward the theoretical framework of scientific selection theory and method and the research on the funding of science funds . On this basis, we analyze the different methods adopted by different sciences and the feasibility of using these methods in the research of the funding of science funds.
