跨墩龙门是预制梁的常规设备,形式多为跨桥梁左右全幅,跨径一般不小于30 m。用贝雷片拼装龙门纵梁时,往往采用增加贝雷片的层数及排数来提高龙门吊的起吊能力,而忽略了减小龙门跨径对提高起吊能力的更直接影响。文中介绍了西安咸阳国际机场专用高速公路渭河大桥,在预制箱梁架设中,充分利用旧设备,通过增加龙门吊支腿、减小跨径,来提高起吊吨位的工程应用情况。
Crossing the gantry is a conventional prefabricated beam equipment, mostly in the form of cross-bridge around the whole, span is generally not less than 30 m. When assembling the gantry stringers with Beilei tablets, it is often used to increase the number of layers of the Berets and the number of rows to improve the lifting ability of the gantry crane while ignoring the more direct impact of reducing the span of the gantry to improve the lifting capacity. In this paper, Weihe River Bridge, a special expressway for Xi’an Xianyang International Airport, is introduced. In the prefabricated box girder erection, the old equipment is fully utilized, and the project application of lifting tonnage is improved by increasing the gantry crane leg and reducing the span.
