中共中央、国务院、中央军委下发《关于加强和改进新形势下民兵预备役政治工作的意见》,是推进国防后备力量全面建设和发展的一项重大举措。一年多来,《意见》已成为统一军地各级认识的思想武器,加强和改进民兵预备役政治工作的科学指南,推进民兵预备役建设的强大动力。在学习贯彻《意见》过程中,国防后备力量战线涌现出一批先进单位,紧贴实际抓落实,服务中心求实效,取得了可喜的成绩。在党的十七大召开前夕,本刊摘登部分单位的经验,以期推动民兵预备役政治工作不断创新发展,激励广大民兵预备役人员以更高的热情投身社会主义和谐社会建设和国防后备力量建设。
