病例报告患者,23岁,住院号38417。一胎一产。因剖腹产后多次发生阴道大出血于1979年8月25日急诊入院。患者曾因双胎交锁难产于1979年7月10日急诊来院,在硬膜外麻醉下施行子宫下段式剖腹产。子宫切口为横剪式,当时因切口右侧角出血,用羊肠线缝扎二针止血。术后曾用大量抗菌素控制感染,于第14天出院。产后32天,突然发生阴道大出血而昏厥,送至当地医院抢救,经输血后好转,后因流血自停,未作其他处理。至产后44天,又突然发生阴道大出血,急诊送
