洛美沙星(lomefloxacin,LMLX)是一种半衰期长(8h),可每日口服一次的二氟喹诺酮类抗菌药.它能很快渗透皮肤,在皮肤上消除药物的速率与血浆中几乎相同.有报道服用LMLX的患者暴露于阳光或人工紫外线A(UVA)时可产生光反应.作者目的在于研究LMLX晚间服药能否降低早晨服药因UVA照射引起的光反应发生.
Lomefloxacin (LMLX) is a long-acting (8h) fluoroquinolone antimicrobial that can be taken orally once daily, penetrates the skin quickly, and virtually eliminates the drug on the skin as it does in the plasma. It has been reported that patients with LMLX have a photoreactive response when exposed to sunlight or artificial UVA (ultraviolet light A) The aim of this study was to investigate whether nightly administration of LMLX can reduce the morning light exposure due to UVA exposure.
