[目的]评价笑气联合间苯三酚应用于结肠镜检查的效果。[方法]802例患者分为2组,笑气联合间苯三酚组(A组)227例,常规结肠镜检查组(B组)575例。比较2组肠镜操作时间、疼痛度、复诊意愿率、非疼痛不良反应。[结果]A组患者在操作时间、疼痛度以及复诊意愿率上均优于B组(P<0.05);A组与B组均无一例发生严重不良反应,A组发生躁动、头晕、乏力、氧饱和度一过性下降的例数均多于B组(P<0.05),2组发生心动过速、幻觉以及眼球固定无反应的例数无差异(P>0.05)。[结论]:笑气联合间苯三酚应用于结肠镜检查可以减轻患者痛苦,缩短操作时间,无严重不良反应。
[Objective] To evaluate the effect of nitroglycerin combined with phloroglucinol in colonoscopy. [Methods] 802 patients were divided into two groups: 227 patients in combination of phlegm and phloroglucinol group (A group) and 575 patients in conventional colonoscopy group (Group B). Comparing the two groups of colonoscopy operation time, pain, referral willing rate, non-painful adverse reactions. [Result] The patients in group A were better than group B in operation time, pain degree and the rate of referral intention (P <0.05). There was no serious adverse reaction in group A and group B, and agitation, dizziness, fatigue, The number of transient oxygen saturation decreased more than that in group B (P <0.05). There was no difference in the number of tachycardia, hallucinations and non-response of eye fixation between two groups (P> 0.05). [Conclusion] The combination of nitroglycerin and phloroglucinol in colonoscopy can reduce the pain of patients, shorten the operation time and have no serious adverse reactions.
