放射性核素用于示踪技术,以及灵敏度高(10~(-9)~10~(-15)克)、分析时需用的样品量及分析试剂量少、工作效率高、应用范围广等优点,在医学和药学研究中得到了日益广泛的应用。在这类方法中,有高效液相色谱(HPLC)法对放射性试剂、标记物及其衍生物进行分离、鉴定是比较理想的手段,所用的检测器除了紫外等常规检测器外,还须串联一个放射性检测器,用于检测HPLC洗出液中的放射性组分。目前国外已有少数几个厂商生产HPLC专用的放射性检测器,但价格昂贵,国内则尚无此类产品。我们利用放射性同位素实验室的现有设备,改装成一台HPLC放射性检测器,本文作简要的测试介绍。
