染色体畸变分析可作为一种估算受照剂量,评价辐射损伤的生物学方法。本文采用G 显带方法对两名健康男性外周血淋巴细胞离体照射后的染色体畸变进行核型分析,对染色体断裂点分布进行了初步研究;并和常规法结果进行比较,以了解显带方法是否有助于提高畸变细胞的检出率。
Chromosomal aberration analysis can be used as a biological method of estimating irradiated doses and evaluating radiation damage. In this paper, G-banding method of two healthy male peripheral blood lymphocytes chromosome aberrations after in vitro karyotype analysis of chromosomal breakpoint distribution were studied and compared with conventional methods to understand the banding method Whether it helps to improve the detection rate of aberrant cells.
