劳动保障部、财政部《关于实行国家公务员医疗补助的意见》已经国务院同意,现转发给你们,请认真贯彻执行。实行国家公务员医疗补助是在城镇职工基本医疗保险制度基础上对国家公务员的补充医疗保障,是保持国家公务员队伍稳定、廉洁,保证政府高效运行的重要措施。各地在实施过程中,要从当地实际情况出发,既要保障国家公务员合理的医疗消费需求又要考虑各方面的承受能力,并注意做好与城镇职工基本医疗保险制度的衔接工作。要加强对国家公务员医疗补助经费的管理,建立完善的规章制度,杜绝浪费。
