对带Al-Si涂层硼钢板进行汽车底板纵梁热冲压试验,利用光学显微镜,扫描电镜及能谱分析研究了热冲压前后该钢的组织和形貌。结果表明:热冲压后涂层由致密的化合物结构变成6层化合物结构,涂层中产生大量裂纹,变形处涂层脱落较多;涂层脱落越严重处,Si元素越少;涂层板在无润滑剂条件下热冲压时,零件表面划痕较多,涂层与模具产生粘着摩擦,导致零件断裂;玻璃润滑剂有利于改善摩擦条件,避免零件的成形开裂。
Hot stamping tests were carried out on Al-Si-coated boron steel plates using a car floor longitudinal beam. The microstructure and morphology of the steel before and after hot stamping were studied by optical microscope, scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that the structure of the hot stamping is changed from a dense compound structure to a 6-layer compound structure, a large number of cracks are generated in the coating and the coating layer is more detached at the deformation; the more severed the coating is, the less the Si element is; In the absence of lubricant under hot stamping, parts surface scratches more, coating and mold adhesion friction, resulting in broken parts; glass lubricant is conducive to improving the friction conditions, to avoid forming cracking parts.
