侗款是侗族的传统自治和社会管理制度,其内容主要包括款组织和款约,具有社区联盟协商治理的性质。作为我国少数民族的原生政治制度,它具有独特性、协商性、平等性的特征。侗款作为侗族社会的政治传统,在当代侗族地区仍有重要价值,一是有助于完善侗族地区村民自治;二是有助于侗族民众的族群认同,构建和谐侗乡;三是有助于基层民主政治建设;四是有助于民族区域自治制度的的落实。
The Dong section is the Dong autonomous system of traditional autonomy and social management. Its content mainly includes section organization and contract, which has the nature of consultation and governance by community alliances. As the primary political system of ethnic minorities in our country, it has the characteristics of uniqueness, consultation and equality. As a political tradition in the Dong community, the Dong section still has important value in the contemporary Dong region. First, it helps to improve the autonomy of the villagers in the Dong region. Second, it helps the ethnic identity of the Dong people and build a harmonious Dong region. Thirdly, The construction of grassroots democracy; the fourth is conducive to the implementation of the system of ethnic regional autonomy.
