目的:建立测定氯霉素阴道片中氯霉素含量的HPLC法。方法:色谱柱为Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),流动相为含0.1%庚烷磺酸钠的溶液-甲醇(68:32),流速1 ml·min-1,检测波长277 nm,柱温35℃,进样量10 μl。结果:氯霉素浓度在25.6~512.0 μg·ml-1范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.4%,RSD为0.8%(n=9)。结论:该法简便、准确、重复性好,适用于测定氯霉素阴道片中氯霉素的含量。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of chloramphenicol in chloramphenicol vaginal tablets. METHODS: The Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 column (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used as the mobile phase. The mobile phase consisted of a solution of 0.1% sodium heptanesulfonate in methanol (68:32) at a flow rate of 1 ml · min -1 , Detection wavelength 277 nm, column temperature 35 ℃, injection volume 10 μl. Results: The linear range of chloramphenicol was 25.6 ~ 512.0 μg · ml-1. The average recovery was 99.4% and the RSD was 0.8% (n = 9). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It is suitable for the determination of chloramphenicol in chloramphenicol vaginal tablets.
