本研究在小鼠的拟足阳明经络线皮肤内发现了神经—肥大细胞联接,联接特化地建立在神经终末与肥大细胞之间,而不是神经纤维在行程中与肥大细胞的单纯并靠。形成联接的神经终末与肥大细胞都呈P物质(SP)免疫反应。参与联接的肥大细胞为小型细胞;参加联接的神经终末内含有数量不等的SP免疫反应囊泡、线粒体、神经细丝等成分。推测参加联接的神经终末系初级感觉神经元的周围突。本研究试用光镜与电镜相结合的双PAP法得到初步成功。
In this study, neuro-mast cell junctions were found in the skin of the mice to be confined to the Yangming meridian, and the connection was specifically established between the terminal nerve and the mast cells, rather than the simple and complex process of the nerve fibers in the process of mast cells by.
