政治家在民主法治中的作用不亚于法律职业共同体,理应得到充分的研究。政治家的价值观、学识、经历、性格等关系到了民主法律制度的形成和执行;政治家作用的大小取决于时代的变革或守成需求;政治家事业的成败受制于法治公理与本土资源的结合水平。
The role of politicians in the rule of law and democracy is as much as that of the legal profession and deserves full study. The value, knowledge, experience and personality of politicians are related to the formation and implementation of democratic legal system. The role of politicians depends on the changing or conservative demands of the times. The success or failure of politician’s business is limited by the combination of the axiom of law and the local resources .
